Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back.

How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items marked "final sale" can't be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you start your return and we'll get the replacement moving as soon as the original item is on its way back to us.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
